Many people in the Bainbridge Island community will remember Kevin Pearson. Kevin worked with the Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Bainbridge branch as a Broker and Managing Broker for close to 2 years before moving to sunny, southern California and joining the Manhattan Beach office of Vista Sotheby's International Realty. Working with Sotheby's International Realty means providing clients with cutting edge marketing services and a brand that gets attention worldwide; and that's true of any Sotheby's International Realty affiliate office. Mark and Kevin teamed up on many listings and sales and together offered their clients an unparalleled customer service and client care experience. Although one is now in CA and one remains in WA they are still able to team up to help their clients with their real estate needs here, and there!
To really know Kevin, though, is to know his background. Kevin's interest in real estate sparked when he built his first home many years ago; and decided that after his corporate career he wanted to get involved with property development, which then lead to real estate sales and management. His 12 years at Microsoft as a Senior Director in International Sales, prior 10 years as an owner of a computer business, and 5 years spent at IBM give him a strong, client-first mentality. His ability to negotiate, communicate and offer financial insight and expertise allows his clients to enjoy the most-stress free process possible in order to truly celebrate the transition into their next home.
After leaving his position as Managing Broker of the Realogics Sotheby's International Realty office on Bainbridge Island, Kevin moved to the not unfamiliar Los Angeles area. He recently told me that his family moved to LA in 1983 and have been associated with Manhattan Beach for the past 20 years. Kevin grew up in a beach community in Durban, South Africa so the healthy outdoor lifestyle of Southern California feels like home. Manhattan Beach, in particular, boasts two miles of sparkly coastline, almost all stacked with dreamy hillside homes. It is definitely one of the most upscale beach towns in the state. Most of the activity in the area is centered around the walk-able waterfront slope of Manhattan Beach Boulevard, with additional shops and an increasingly essential dining scene trailing along Manhattan Avenue as well. Head to the beach for surfing, or countless volleyball nets, the Manhattan Beach pier and strand, and the bike and walking path that traces the shoreline.
