2017: A Year In Review
The year 2017 was a remarkable year for me, both personally and professionally. I have been fortunate to meet and help many families in my community and that is the thing I love most about being a Realtor. During the year I helped clients sell and purchase 44 homes worth over $33,000,000. I celebrated 40 years of living and working in the Kitsap Peninsula region and was the 3rd ranked individual Realtor in Kitsap county.

Notable milestones this year included assisting with Bainbridge Island's "fastest close" ; as well as being featured in several "Home of the Day" listings with the Puget Sound Business Journal; and featured in a PSBJ waterfront special insert. Additionally, I had a career-best 8 closes in the month of September; and was ranked among the top individual Brokers in three of the four quarters for 2017!

My industry leading brokerage in many categories went well over $1 Billion in resales this year and I am honored and excited to be a part of such a thriving organization of my colleagues and friends. This year, Realogics Sotheby's International Realty also brought back their year-end "Momentum" event where the 200+ brokers from our agency gather for the day to learn from industry experts, and each other, in panel discussions and presentations. For the 2017 event I was asked to join the broker panel discussing best practices. I was joined by Phil Greely, Aaron Gazes, Brian Hawkins, Leah Applewhite, and Melody Paxton - a superstar group of agents!
I thank my wife, Suzy, for being such a valuable part of my team and an inspiration as well as my incredibly talented marketing team, and all of our wonderful team members, who bring top value and top service to my clients. Most importantly I thank my clients for their support and trust and I am excited to help many more families achieve their goals in 2018!
