Introducing Curate by Sotheby’s International Realty

The power of creative and beautiful staging in a home can make all the difference when a buyer comes to view the home. After all, this is potentially the largest purchase someone will make in their life; and as a Realtor or seller, staging your home is like making the best first impression possible. I fully believe in the power of a well-staged home and feel very fortunate to work with my wife, Suzy Legier, and offer her professional services on the properties I represent. Her expertise is an important part of the white-glove level of customer service I pride myself on presenting to clients.

The Magic of Aloha

Last month my wife and I took some time away from beautiful Kitsap County to visit friends and family in Hawaii. We had a wonderful trip full of golfing, hiking, and plenty of relaxing on pristine sandy beaches. Much of the time we spent on the island chain was on Kauai, which is Hawaii’s fourth largest island and is sometimes known as the “Garden Island.”

Art & Home | Nature’s Embrace

The latest volume of Art & Home is here! This month, Iyna Bort Caruso reflects on private, peaceful and artfully designed gardens.

Extraordinary gardens share intimacies with the estates they embrace, delighting homeowners in ways that are both subtle and profound.

They are nothing if not personal. The palettes that captivate, the fragrances that enchant, the views that charm are singularly unique. Together these elements deliver a romanticized view of a small green universe to the point where the mere act of wandering through a garden can feel like a celebration of nature.
