Why Home Staging is Important

Although staging is optional and some people opt against it to cut costs when listing their home for sale, it is really something that is strongly, strongly recommended. When potential buyers come to look at a listing, they want to imagine themselves living there, and staging will help them do just that. Buyers are looking to fulfill their dreams and improve their lifestyles. Staging helps sell those dreams and creates a more emotional purchase that can generate more money for the seller. It's hard to picture what a living room or bedroom will look like when it's just one big empty space. When you add expertly chosen and placed furniture/decor, people suddenly realize the potential a space holds.

Suzy uses her skills and staging expertise to highlight a home's selling features, rather than the furniture itself. A buyer's first impression of a home is extremely important. Suzy creates that immediate "WOW" factor reaction. It's all about helping the buyer see the functionality of the space and understand how the space can be used, no matter how difficult it is to visualize.
