Waterfront Update

Living in the Pacific Northwest affords us the opportunity to spend time on the beautiful shores of the Puget Sound as well as its neighboring straits, harbors, and lakes. This type of waterfront scenery is so quintessential to the Pacific Northwest and 2016 was an amazing year for residential waterfront property sales; we saw increases in both the averages prices, sales volume, decreases in the average days on market and low inventory across our area. Overall, our region saw 596 waterfront property sales in 2016 with an average sales price of $818,024, or an average of $344.24 per square foot, and an average days on market of 127.
