Two of Top 5 Featured in Kitsap Sun

Back in November, Kitsap Sun wrote an article about how the Kitsap fast ferry is “heating up” the luxury real estate market. In their review, they listed five of the most expensive Kitsap homes excluding the Bainbridge submarket. I am honored to have been the listing broker responsible for two out of the five top sales!

The first home mentioned was my listing on NE Passage View Lane in Brownsville which sold for $1,850,000 in September. This spectacular one of a kind waterfront estate features panoramic sound and mountain views with 163 Ft of easily accessible beachfront.

The second home mentioned in the top five was my listing NW Comyn Road in Lofall which sold for $1,350,000 in July! The exceptionally private 1.6 acre parcel features a beautiful 230’ sugar sand and small pebble beach with tidelands.
